First Aid at Work

Our comprehensive First Aid at Work course is designed to equip employees with the essential skills and knowledge to handle a wide range of workplace emergencies. This course covers everything from minor injuries to life-threatening situations, ensuring that participants are prepared to act confidently and effectively.

Course Content:

• Understanding the role of a first aider
• Assessing the situation and managing incidents
• Basic life support (CPR and AED use)
• Dealing with unconscious casualties
• Managing wounds and bleeding
• Handling burns, scalds, and fractures
• Recognizing and responding to common workplace illnesses
• Record keeping and reporting

Duration: 3 days (blended learning optional)

Certification: Upon successful completion, participants will receive a First Aid at Work certificate, valid for three years.

Refresher Course: A one-day refresher course is available to update and reinforce skills, recommended annually.
